Our well-established client based in Bedford is looking for an Account Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be tasked to ensure the smooth delivery of all products and services through effective scheduling of resources. They will also be proficient in building strong relationships with customers to ensure continuity of business, as well as being able to generate additional business from existing customers to achieve targets.
*Manage all aspects of the Company's services in accordance with the specific requirements for each customer, in line with Company objectives.
*Effective scheduling and diary management of consultants and trainers including making arrangements for equipment and materials for services to be available in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
*Maintain and upload the work schedule in a timely and accurate manner.
*Maintain accurate CRM records in line with the Company's data entry rules.
*Liaise with clients to check satisfaction with services, identify changes and other service requirements throughout the service cycle.
*Manage products and services via Company and third party software.
*Issue and follow up quotations for work, while promoting additional products at all times upselling the company's services.
The Account Executive will manage service issues and complaints through the Company's ISO processes in conjunction with the Customer Relationship Manager or Account Executive Team. As well as distribute, generate and process customer documentation when needed, such as site reports and certificates/course notes.
